Hope Afloat USA's mission is to help survivors of breast cancer make positive emotional, spiritual, and physical changes in their lives through the ancient sport of Dragon Boat Racing. We encourage survivors, regardless of age or athletic ability, to "awaken the dragon within" by providing them with hope, support, camaraderie, and adventure….BUT we need your help!
We are extremely grateful for all contributions of any size. Your support enables us to fulfill our mission and helps with ongoing expenses (coaching, maintenance and storage of our boats, insurance, uniforms, race fees, education, and outreach efforts). Picking up a paddle empowers each of us to control our health and well being.
Hope Afloat is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation; contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
